I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in 2019. This came after I started having panic attacks causing shortness of breath, and sensations of a possible heart attack.
I was placed on anxiety medications which helped me, and that's when I started thinking.
I started remembering the subtle comments I made before I was diagnosed. Honesty, I didn't realize I was making the comments.
There are more but these were the most common that I remember coming up in conversations.
I didn't feel like my presence was desired anywhere I went.
I will add more as time permits.
